Post Re: XPower Xedia Xium Forem by Greg Dockery
Hi windvoyager,
In response to your Feb 7 posting...

1) There are 3 ways that product comes to being in Xedia.
a. Greg does invent the item and builds the board for it and has it manufactured.
b. Greg conceptualizes the item and has an engineer design the board and all the goes with that.
c. Greg's engineers design their own products and offer them to Greg.

2) There is NO relationship between the two parties at all. Watson was looking to SCAM Greg and Greg got out of the relationship immediately when he realized where things were heading.

(((You know the way the internet is I would expect. You put information out there and it takes awhile before it disappears even if the company disappears. I have people call me on something I had online and I still can't find where they are getting my number from. Just the way it is.)))

You make a good point and a Press Release on the issue would be appropriate. For the most part Greg wanted to walk away low key and allow each other to operate separately without a lot of mud slinging which I appreciated of Greg. I assure you that there is NO relationship between Greg Dockery and Xedia Technologies and Forrest Watson and Forum Technologies. There are no law suits taking place.

windvoyager,
I was excited when I saw your links to siteanalytics but when I used that service for my own websites they were off by comparison with my AWstats on my sites so they are not 100% reliable.

I know Forum is hurting and why wouldn't they since they try to get their people to buy into programs that don't pay commissions and have a slough of products that are available with other companies at lower prices. They are just copy cats but you know that.

I considered the stats on www.MyXedia.com and I have a couple thoughts.

MyXedia.com is the company website and people do not send their prospects to that site. You cannot track the distributor sites with this service. I also checked my domain name that is forwarded to a distributor site with Xedia and it tracks nothing. I think that in replicated sites the tracking is not accurate.

Thanks for the great site though. I use to use Alexa.com and it was never as accurate as you wanted. The best thing is to use a service like AWstats on your server.

I appreciate your research.

Let me tell you that Xedia Technologies will have a commercial Xpower Square available mid April and we are using only licensed electricians for installs, every unit will have a serial number, there will be a support department specific for those customers, and our distributors will have to be certified to sell this unit. The warranty is 5 years and the life expectancy is 25 years. I had a call today for $20,000 of the Xpower in Souther California. We have a 6 month return policy that we honor. Does this sound like a sca_? (I just don't like that BIG sca_ that this sites creates)

B good windvoyager

How is it that Xedia is selling this product for $259.99 and you can find the exact same product for $99.00 on ebay? In fact Xedia is selling their "distributor pack" of twelve for $2999.99 and on ebay it's $999.99 for thirteen Xpowers? Even if the product is good, it seems there might be a scam in the pricing that their distributors are selling them for. I asked one of their distributors and he replied "they are fakes"...but both products were made by Xium Corporation . Maybe the distributors in Xedia are getting scammed? Or maybe they're doing the scamming? Maybe someone needs to start asking some questions :argue: cause this doesn't look good for Xedia .

I was convinced to join this MLM flew from Hawaii to Las Vegas for training to sell the commerical units. Sold for of them to a customer and the product did not work. Called Xedia to return the units and got the run around. Finally got that to give me a RMA and shipped the units back. It's been months and after many emails all I get is they recieved the units and they are working on the refund. Now I have emailed them for over a month and get no reponse. Does anyone else have the same problem? I would really think twice before purchasing anything from this company.

Whatever you do reader beware of this company and the person Greg Dockery. He tells one lie after another. He is a professional scam artist. An acquaintance here in the islands told me about Xedia, Greg Dockery and the whole story behind Greg (now I see that none of it can be proved after reading more on the internet about him) and so I tried the XPS (which did not work) and got some business people involved in Xedia. Oh my, what an absolute mess and terrible mistake I made. I only recently discovered the problems Xedia is having with the Attorney General, Better Business Bureau and the terrible reports about Xium, the company that Greg Dockery operated before Xedia.

When I read what is online about Greg I thought the people were all complainers and people told me that Greg was a great sincere person but such consistent problems can only mean one thing, Greg Dockery is not who he appears to be. Now I have a disaster here in Hawaii with companies that bought the XPS and are very unhappy.

I was told that there is no money for refunds and some people here have been waiting for months to get their money back. I also discovered recently that Greg has not paid his distributors for over 6 months. I am so surprised there is not a class action lawsuit started, does anyone want to start one? Reply to this post to contact me.

We need to report them to the BBB, Attorney General in your state and the Federal Trade Commission.

Avoid these people, don't get scammed.
