Post Worldwide Subscriptions Corp
So here's what happens. These two chicks showed up to our apartment with this deal where they sell magazine subscriptions for points. Said points add up and once they reach 20,000 or some ridiculous number they through at you, they earn a free trip to Austrailia.

We haven't waited long enough to really figure out if it's a scam, but we stupidly bought the required 4 magazine subscriptions, and are now stupidly trying to find out if we were stupid (if that makes any sense). We can't seem to find anything on the internet about them. I'de imagine that a company with a name like "Worldwide Subscriptions Corp.", some really handy receipts with all kinds of good information for people that probably don't read them anyway, and who sell magazines like "Forbes" and "Popular Science", their name would be smattered all over the internet.

They're not.

Buy at your own risk. We're canceling our checks.

I too fell victim to this 'scam'. We did wait the time that our receipt said to wait and stupidly believed that we were not ripped off and would eventually get our magazine. When i called the number that was on my receipt, it was a recording saying that they are out of the office and to leave a message. I do not believe I will ever recieve any information or my money back. Sure, it may only be $34, but that is $34 I could have used on something else. The people who sale this are good at what they do, they even sold my husband on the idea who is not easily swayed to buy things, not even be me. If you want any of these magazines, I would not recommend ordering it from worldwide subscriptions corp. and just order it from the magazine directly or from another trusted source.

That's interesting, I wonder if they have changed their business model recently. Does anyone else have feedback on Worldwide Subscriptions Corp?
