The biggest religious scam in our society is the notion that churches can be exempt from paying tax. I just found this article online, and it had some really good points in it: http://theatheisthaven.blogspot.com/200 ... -ride.html It really angers me to see 'religion' afforded a special status - all without justification. So frustrating. |

Yeah absolutely, and it's completely stupid because so many churches own profitable land. The apartment I live in is owned by a church on my street. They really should be taxed as a non-profit business. |
